What is Coaching?

You probably think of “coaching” as something that primarily happens in the world of competitive athletics. But coaching is a concept that has great potential for helping you maximise your potential in every aspect of the Game of Life.

Perhaps you feel like something in your life needs to change or improve. You may feel stuck. In some cases you may be clear about a particular issue you want to address and feel the need for an impartial, objective and dedicated sounding board to motivate you through to the finish line. Or possibly you have not yet identified exactly what you want. Either way, coaching will support you in defining and achieving your goals, from the start line to the finish.

In our coaching sessions, you will find a safe space where you can discuss anything you choose. Prepare to be challenged, too! I am dedicated to helping you discover and build upon your strengths, talents, and passions. Some techniques will deeply relax you.

Coaching is neither therapy nor counseling. We do not assess your past, but instead look squarely at your present circumstances and at how you want to design your future.

How does it work?

In our coaching practice, traditional coaching methods are blended with a variety of other proven cognitive techniques to help you achieve lasting change in all areas of life…your relationships, your personal wellness, or your money and career-related concerns.

Our coaching approach may also involve proven physical and breathing techniques that you will be able to call on anytime, anywhere for quick pick-me-ups and to induce relaxation when you are preparing for intense moments, such as meetings, presentations, confrontations, etc

This method is highly experiential and will engage your whole being.

All initial sessions are complimentary.  Coaching is a very personal and individualised service, and this first meeting ensures that we are able to develop the rapport necessary for us to work together successfully

All our coaching sessions are strictly confidential and will provide you with committed support and clear boundaries to enable you to meet your goals. Most clients achieve their goals within three to six months of our initial session

Services designed to fit your schedule

Telephone or Skype -

  • Meet online or by phone two or three times per month for between 30 to 45 minutes.

Executive Face-to-Face

  • Meet two to five times per month for 30 to 90 minutes.  We offer sessions when you want them and we come to your office, so that when you are free, you can make the best use of your time.

Just in Time

  • For people on the go…unlimited 15-minute sessions of email and phone support and up to two one-on-one or telephone meetings per month. No regularly scheduled sessions.

Group Coaching

  • Three monthly one-hour in-person sessions, at your office or mine.

Whichever option you choose, you will have unlimited email support, brief phone calls, access to assessments, programmes, resources and information.
